Do seek their meet from god

The short story "Do Seek Their Meet from God" by Robert is very touching to me. The whole conflict between the man and the panthers is very interesting, where it balances our sympathies towards both sides and show the nature of survival. And that is the stronger you are, the more likely you are gonna survive. It's saying that hunting for food to survive is what God planned for the world as He created the world. The title is also an allusion to the bible line where it says "The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God." But the part I like most is where the settler finds out the crying child is actually his son. This really got me. If the settler didn't think of his son when he was hesitating whether or not to save the child, his son would be killed. Always help others with a mind of helping yourself is what i learned from this short story.

Love is

Love is air
It is all around me.
It's something I can't see,
But without it I die.

But love is not bread
 I would die from hunger
 If there's only love.
I always need something else to survive.

Love is ink
The ones I love pour their traces
Onto my heart.
Once written, it can never be fully removed.

But love is not a story
I can never predict what's going to happen
Happy ever after or a sad ending,
I never get to be the author.
 Love is the warmth
Brought by a beautiful burst of fire
But love is also the scars all over me,
If I get too close to the roaring fire.

Love is amazing,
But it's dangerous.
Love is hard,
But I've always wanted to try.

A Plea For the Physical

I do personally prefer hiking in woods instead of sitting at home watching dramas, but I just never get the hikings going. I ride on the subway very often, because subway looks really convenient and efficient to me. The chance of me taking the stairs or the escalator is really fifty fifty because it would all depend on my mind. When I feel lazy, I would definitely take the escalator. But when there are many people waiting to take the escalator and I am feeling "physical", I would of course take the stairs. I can sit in front of the computer for almost the whole day, refreshing my Facebook page, watching a drama, and chatting with my friends.
Since I am not good at any sports at all, I define myself as a sedentary person. But I also really enjoy the physical activities whenever there are chances like playing badminton with my families after dinner, jogging with my close friend with talks on the way, and even wiping the tables in my workplace(I consider that as physical- -). There are just too many great moments that I would never forget from all the physical activities: how I tripped and stood up because of my clumsy snowboarding skills, how I was always the one picking up the ball for my dad and brother since I am the only bad tabletennis player among us three.
Being sedentary is more like a habit while being physical is more like a hope of mine. I wish I would excercise more to create more precious moments for myself.
